Out of Stock Order Policy – Abest.in
At Abest.in, we try our best to keep product stock updated. However, mobile repair tools, spare parts, LCD displays, ICs, machines and accessories can sell out quickly due to high demand, limited import stock, supplier delay or fast-moving technician orders. If any product in your order becomes unavailable after payment or order confirmation, this policy explains how we handle it.
1. If One Product Is Out of Stock
If your order contains multiple products and only one or a few items are out of stock, we may ship the available products first.
For the unavailable item, our support team may offer:
- Replacement with a similar product
- Waiting option if new stock is arriving soon
- Refund for the unavailable item
- Store credit/wallet credit, if available on the website
2. If Full Order Is Out of Stock
If all products in your order are unavailable, Abest.in may cancel the order and process refund as per payment method and refund eligibility.
3. Replacement or Alternative Product
For mobile repair spare parts, model compatibility is very important. We will not send an alternative product without customer approval.
Before replacing any out-of-stock product, we may confirm:
- Brand
- Model compatibility
- Product quality/type
- Price difference
- Availability
- Customer approval by call, WhatsApp or email
4. Refund Process
Refund is applicable when:
- Product is out of stock
- Replacement is not possible
- Customer does not want alternative product
- Order cannot be fulfilled
Refund may be processed to original payment method, store credit, or other approved method depending on order/payment status.
5. Price Difference Rule
If the alternative product price is higher, customer needs to pay the difference.
If the alternative product price is lower, the balance amount may be refunded or adjusted as store credit.
6. Delivery Delay Due to Stock Issue
Sometimes stock may be available but dispatch can be delayed due to supplier delay, QC checking, courier issue or bulk order processing.
In such cases, our team may inform the customer and proceed only after confirmation.
7. Special Rule for LCD, OLED, IC & Sensitive Spare Parts
LCD displays, OLED screens, ICs, flex cables, connectors, motherboards and other repair parts are model-sensitive products.
If any such item is out of stock, Abest.in will not replace it with another model unless customer confirms compatibility.
8. Order Cancellation by Abest.in
Abest.in reserves the right to cancel any order if:
- Product is unavailable
- Price is wrongly listed
- Stock quantity is incorrect
- Product is discontinued
- Supplier fails to provide stock
- Order looks suspicious or incomplete
